Senior Executive Outplacement

The CEO, President, C-Level & Partner Program.
 
  •  An office and secretarial assistance, if part of the program provided by company 
  • Helping the client and spouse through the separation trauma of leaving the company  
  • Helping the client tell the right story for leaving the company 
  • Selecting the right references and coaching them on what to say 
  • Putting clients through in-depth assessment which helps them determine their next job target (same position, self-employment, teaching or academic adviser, Board position)  
  • Using a proven Job Acquisition Model that thousands of our executives used to be hired. 
  • Helping clients write resumes and marketing letters based on job target 
  • Helping a client conduct a sales campaign to obtain interviews 
  • Selling self in telephone and informational interviews. 
  • Helping a client learn about companies 
  • Introducing clients to recruiters, venture capital & private equity firms 
  • Putting clients through in-depth interviewing practice using audio-video 
  • Sharpening negotiating skills 
  • Managing the stress of a job search. 
  • Discussing on-boarding to make a positive impression early

Executive Networking Club
 
The executives in our program will have the opportunity to participate in weekly small group sessions to meet other executives as well as retained recruiters. We have found this is the best way for senior executives to obtain leads and positions.
 
Our fee is based on length of program and if office is provided. All participants will receive copies of two books. The first is Moving Out and Moving Up and the second is Excelling as a Team Leader.
Non-Management Outplacement Program
 
Helping Non- Managers Target Next Position, Obtain Interviews and Sell Self to Acquire the Position That Will Advance Their Career

We offer a group career transition seminar every Wednesday morning from 10 am to 12:30 p.m. focusing on three areas,
  • Positioning self on the right career pathway (work sector, industry, functional area and position)
  • Preparing self for targeted career field and position (qualifications and credentials/resume) 
  • Placing self in targeted career field and position (obtaining and selling self in the interview and negotiating offer). We market participants to companies & search firms.
Job Acquisition Networking Club

After attending the webinar, clients have the opportunity to participate in weekly one hour small group job search networking meetings.  We have learned this is very good way for individuals to obtain informational and high stress interviews. Participants will also have access to a career mentor and we will market them to companies & recruiters.
 

Participants will receive copies of The Route 5 Career Pathway Plan and Moving Out and Moving Up and can review the 15 career and job search podcasts at our other website. www.managemycareer.info
