Senior Executive Outplacement

  • Selecting the right references and coaching them on what to say
  • Putting clients through in-depth assessment which helps them determine their next job target (same position, self-employment, teaching or academic adviser, Board position)  
  • Using a proven Job Acquisition Model that thousands of our executives used to be hired.
  • Helping clients write resumes and marketing letters based on job target
  • Helping a client conduct a sales campaign to obtain interviews
  • Selling self in telephone and informational interviews.
  • Helping a client learn about companies
  • Introducing clients to recruiters, venture capital & private equity firms
  • Putting clients through in-depth interviewing practice using audio-video
  • Sharpening negotiating skills
  • Managing the stress of a job search.

Executive Networking Club
The executives in our program will have the opportunity to participate in weekly small group sessions to meet other executives as well as retained recruiters. We have found this is the best way for senior executives to obtain leads and positions.
 
Our fee is based on a percentage of compensation and if office is provided. All participants will receive copies of two books. The first is Moving Out and Moving Up and the second is Excelling as a Team Leader.
